Andrea Oswald is Union Pacific’s General Director for Procurement Operations and Supplier Diversity. Union Pacific, one of America’s largest railroad companies, connects 23 states by rail and acts as an essential bridge in the global supply chain. Andrea has been with Union Pacific for over 19 years, where she has learned various leadership, financial modeling, and auditing skills. She is also a board member at Omaha Children’s Museum.
Andrea joins us to discuss how Union Pacific manages their supplier diversity program and the role she plays. She shares how she wound up joining Union Pacific.
